Confessing your sins on level four

If you have a guilty conscience then I highly recommend working
your way to level four no matter what it takes.
The relief of being able to discharge my overts without having
to write them up and then know that they are sitting in a file
somewhere gives me a peace of mind that I have rarely
experienced this lifetime.

I am late to this post, sorry, but it is very timely for me now.
I am in my 13th day of a strict dryfast and trillions of years
of things I've done and had done to me flashing in front of me
in nano-seconds. Of course it all boils down to postulates and I
can see why you got great relief from Level Four. RI and Level
Two are my mainstays for now. Yes, it hurts until it doesn't
hurt anymore :D
