How can you watch a tournament with peace after seeing blatant
       referee cheating?

As you can see in this small video clip:
  HTML https://www.clippituser.tv/c/bnyynv
A soccer player from Sweden was pushed right as he was going to
score. The referee refused to penalize the German player you
       committed the obvious foul.
When I see things like this, I have a number of reactions:
       - I want to get revenge on the cheating referee
       - I want to get revenge on the fouling player
       - I want to quit watching World Cup soccer because it appears to
be rigged (for instance, they did not publicize the blood tests
of the Russian athletes. That is in addition to this clear case
of favoritism in refereeing and other things.)
How would one find peace and make it be OK that cheating like
       this does not go punished?

If you identify with a player or the referee or one of the teams
then you will of course react to the situation.
To remain at peace you need to be exterior to the game and all
       its sub-games.
You are just watching a contest between all parties INVOLVED so
you see the multiple games going on but are not emotionally
affected by who wins or loses.
       It might help to think:
Who will care 100 years from now?
Who cares on the other side of the planet?
These are exterior very detached viewpoints so do not rouse
emotional responses in these persons in remote locations in time
       or space.
Assume such a remote unaffected viewpoint yourself and just
observe the multiple games being played. Team versus team is a
game, player versus player within the game is another game,
referee- was he bribed? Is another game.
Observe and file the information away as at the most
interesting(you were watching so it was interesting to you) make
judgements like: some people cheat, some referees get bribed or
are blind or have taken sides etc.
       Now carry on with life.
What are you doing that is important to you and your family and
your community. Put your attention on those things.
       Keep on TROMing

Pete, your reply was excellent. However at one point you wrote:

       - But I dont believe the word "at" should be between "as" and
       "the"...
       - And grammatically I'm not able to follow what you wrote when
you said: "make judgements like".. should there have been a
period after the phrase "most interesting" and a new sentence
       started with "Make"?

If you remove the word “at” then the games become the Most
interesting thing which leaves you involved and upset. What you
want to do is reduce the games importance to as low a point as
       possible.
If it was zero importance it would not exist for you. Since you
were watching it, it is at least a little bit interesting so you
can reduce your interest to that little bit.
The best course is to reduce your interest to zero and forget
       all about it.
Make judgement like. Every being can make comparisons between
things they perceive and decide or make judgements that one is
more important than another or that something happened as
       evidenced by what they perceived.
So if you see a referee ignore a foul you can make a decision or
judgement that the referee did not see what happened or was paid
to look the other way or whatever. By deciding what happened you
“as is” part of the event and can let go of the upset concerning
what happened. It make take several reviews for you to
completely let go of a very upsetting event.

Excellent advice, Pete. In many sessions where I saw my past
existences I was at first the actor and then my viewpoint
extended out as I blew off the actor persona fixation, until
finally I saw myself as originally the writer/producer, and
there were all these beings watching the "movie". I always felt
kind of hehe silly, having taken my acting role too seriously.
The problem with segments of Scientology church is they wanted
you to invert your dynamics. Bring up the condition of the
first and second dynamic before obsessing about 3rd and 4th and
       5th and 6th.
Dennis advised being in good body and brain health to well DIY
       TROM.
Like athlete Wayne Gretsky once said, when you are on the
playing field, taking an exterior viewpoint to your own body and
the bodies of the "others" makes these 3rd and 4th dynamic games
so much more fun. Dennis says Level Four should enable this
       exterior viewpoint.
Yes there might be "cheaters" in the game - those with non-life
goals or not acting for the greatest good - but a being who has
cleared all its overts/motivators re the games they choose to
play or watch even - well the attitude is it will always come
out for good for that being, win or lose.
"All things work together for good" is a great attitude. For
example, when our last-legs car suddenly breaks down, I've
become quite philosophical and simply ask, "How could this be a
       good thing?"
My personal insight re televised games is they are all rigged
(sorry, but yes), and the consequences for that poor referee
would be death times 100, thanks to our local Techno Gods. Now
if you really want to play a high level game, go after those
ill-intentioned brothers and sisters who know your mind better
than you do and can simply turn a dial on a console, if you get
       my drift.
So, like Pete advised, maybe we should take a sabbatical from
world changing games and first learn to be complementary with
the biochemistry and anatomy of our body and its native
self-healing restorative intelligence, and clear out all mental
fixations, and go exterior, and find someone who wants to go
with you on this sane journey.
The [unreasonable] fun and games await you.
