Some Notes While Mastering Level Two

Level Two was difficult because I continuously under-rated the
importance of doing RI until no more change. And so Level 2
never quite got off the ground because RI was under-done.
Doing RI so much more now that even during my Grade 2 session
(Overts and Withholds) my needle was floating throughout the
session and was sitting at the Female Clear reading. I
attribute this to doing a complete job of RI like I never did
before.
The second thing I corrected is thinking I had to do anything
else other than compare sims & diffs between objects and people,
past and present, and simply dispatch the scene and find another
one. Leave the heavy duty work for Levels 4 and 5. Keep Sedona
Method separate (i.e., "Could you let go of ...?").
Thank you, Cory, for creating this forum.

Your welcome. I think it benefits everyone and is so much more
organized. For me level 2 is boring but that may be continued to
upscale.

Good to see you are willing to bust through the boredom. In
Dianetics sometimes the PC would get bored and not want to
continue -- coming up the scale and we had to encourage him to
continue until he got to cheerful at least.
Also Sedona Method teaches one to release on emotional states,
including boredom. I will put more about Sedona Method in
another section of the forum because it does help one address
some junior packages.

When I give myself a Level 2 session my mind can take me away
from the object or person I decided to work on and go all over
the place, which may be somehow related but in order to pull
myself back to the work on the object or person I constantly
have to sort of wake up from the distraction which seems so
important and remind myself of the work that I am doing and
acknowledge that all that distraction was simply "CHANGE
OCCURRING". It really is that simple, but it is also an effort
to keep it that simple.
Now, on the other hand cognitions and realizations are to be
noted and can be written down in the Level 2 journal one keeps,
but still, even with heady realizations, one must continue
through until the scene is timebroken. Then it is end of
session, or one can do some RI and continue to do another scene.
Dennis said it was fun and it really is a lot of fun. But
still I must have decision power that is greater than my mind in
order to keep this up as a routine everyday exercise.
