       Whilst it will be good not to have endure the Stokies murdering
       this great song every time we play them (although I will say
       good look with enforcing that one!) isn't this just another case
       of wokeness going too far again?
       True the subject matter is 'awkward' when seen through todays
       eyes, but what songs next? we still don't know what Billy Joe
       threw off Choctaw Bridge (a baby?) that caused him to jump of it
       himself sometime later? or how about murdering a bloke for
       raping Maria like Tony Christie did when he did what he did for
       Maria? and do we really believe Richard Marx when he swears Mary
       was still alive when he left her by the River in Hazard?
       Just how ridiculously woke are we going to get?
       Mind you, I look forward to the Police intervening in
       performances of Operas such as Carmen, due to the Heroine being
       stabbed by Jose? because it promotes Domestic Violence, doesn't
       it? but some how I can not see that happening, can you?
