"If I may interrupt this vivid discussion between the two of
you, I would like to say some words", said the Diddyland
representative as he got up. He was clearly tired.
"Many bills have been proposed in the last few weeks, and almost
all of them were rejected because they would be an "overreach".
Building a highway, an overreach. A national education system,
an overreach. Building a railway, an overreach!
Even the simplest things, or bills that would improve the
economies of the states are being tabled because nowadays
everything is called an overreach. It has almost become
ridiculous, but it is the path that the NCSA congress has
       recently taken.
Then why is it so different here? We can't tell a state to build
a highway, but we can force it to stop using a system which
currently is used by 55% of their population?
And why? Because it was initially called slavery? Even when we
established that this is indentured servitude, or whatever you
       call it?
In my opinion the Columbian system is far from perfect, and it
will surely ruin some of its inhabitant's lives. Not all of the
boys will be educated. Not all owners will have caring wives
like our congressman, who take the time to educate them.
But why don't we look at our own nations? Is there any nation
here that does not have poor people? People that are worse off
       than others?
I must say, if we can't make governments build a highway, then
we can't change their entire political and economical system,
so, if I may, I will motion to table this bill."

(Table has been already beaten. Also, that's a logical fallacy
you've got there. Thanks Turk! :P)
"So, when will you decide to stop avoiding the question, hmm?"

OOC: Diddy you can say "I motion to reconsider the motion to
table", and the Speaker will consider it then.

"I have pointed out that a motion to reconsider may ONLY be made
if the member has been on the prevailing side of the vote and
made in a timely fashion after the vote. As you can see
Represenative, debate has been progressed substantially and it
has been quite some time after our previous vote. As such your
       motion is out of order.
Representative McCartney and Representative Ascrith... You have
many times stepped out of order and derailed the conversation in
this House. I have in turn given you much leniency in hopes you
fix your attitudes towards each other and work as civilized men,
cooperating peacefully in this House. No more. This is your last
       and final warning."
