No it wouldn't be. (though I think that would need to be either
a bill or an Executive Order.)

So a bill would need to be proposed to create a senate? Why
don't we take a look at the alternate Constitution somebody
wrote up. It's written up in a easier way to read and includes a
senate seat.

I meant for the amount of people to get a board for your
political party (ie what WP was referring to)

Oh...okay. Let me know how this sounds *just a little sketch of
what this bill would look like*
*Each Party of at least 4 members shall gain recognition in the
Senate
*Each Party shall be allowed 2 senators to be present in the
Senate Seat
*Senators shall not be elected by the people, but appointed by
individual political parties, to ensure the representation of
recognized parties
And...I feel like it would need more but who knows, I think
that's a good set up

Considering that the vote for speaker only yielded 13 votes, I
think that requiring recognized parties have 4 members would
really limited the speech of smaller parties. It would
certainly suggest that those parties are "at least somewhat
popular", but I feel like it would force into existence a
2-party system.

No it wouldn't. 13/4, is what roughly 3 parties? Of course that
is if we don't all cluster to one end. The point to
representation is to ensure that different views are recognized,
in an ideological stand point.

Clearly it could be broken down into 3 parties, but I think the
tendency would be towards only 2.
