I suppose but the point to having a senate is to balance out the
legislative branch. A check and balance within the legislative
branch.

Oh and also, Senators shouldn't be elected they should be chosen
by the parties. And then along with that we need to make sure
people don't randomly make parties just to get Senatorial
Representation.

Yeah something like that, because otherwise we'll just have
someone randomly make a party and then claim 2 representatives.
So maybe like at least 4 members or something to gain
representation.

There shouldn't be a minimum number of senators for each party.
In my opinion.

Don't quote me. Did it used to be 3 members to have a party seen
as recognised?

Okay. Well would adding one more person be bad? I think having 4
ensures that your party is at least somewhat popular.
