American Football Team Registration Thread

After a terrible season, the Government is putting more money
into the Paratroopers and will train them vigorously between
this season and the next. By next season the Paratroopers are
expected to see a moderate to large power increase, depending on
how well it all goes, with a more moderate increase looking more
likely.
(Yes i know the season isn't over yet but it is impossible for
us to win now. So we're going to end up having a terrible
season.)
