Institution of Monarchy Conference

King Aragorn is interested in holding an Institution of Monarchy
Conference, where sovereigns of the NCSA states may meet and
discuss relations and the different variations of government.
All monarchs are invited! The Conference will be held in the
Royal Palace in the state capitol of Minas Tirith. All monarchs
will be housed in the palace, as there are plentiful luxurious
quarters to accommodate all. Guard details will be allowed, but
no more than 15 guards per country may be allowed. This
gathering is essential to better understanding the role that
monarchies will play in the future of the NCSA, so His Majesty
bids all sovereigns that can, come.

most certainly welcome to! :P
IC: King Aragorn is most happy to see that two monarchs have
already responded! King Aragorn is waiting at the airport with a
motorcade for Emperor Rude.
Preparations are being made for Queen Ninjarino as well.

West Phoenicia will send Queen Alotta Diesel-Bush as their
representative. Her entourage will include 15 members of the
Queens Imperial guard, and 15 servants.
Our of security concerns, we ask that the West Phoenician
contingent to be housed not in the palace, with so many monarchs
from different states it raises a security concern.

The West Phoenician Monarch will be accommodated with her
request. She will be allowed to stay at the White Tree Inn, Min
as Tirith's finest 5 star hotel, where the presidential suite is
hers to enjoy. Her entourage and guards will be allowed to also
room in the hotel. The building will be emptied out for the
privacy of the Queen and for security purposes. King Aragorn
also offers extra security from the Gondorian Royal Marines
should she desire it. She is most welcome in Gondor.
