whats going on

While I mentioned why some things in life are taking a priority
at the moment, what is with the decline in posts. If it had
anything to do with a member being banned, please remember.
1. It is not a permanent ban.
2. We were all allowed a voice. And everybody voted. With the
overwhelming majority supporting a temp ban.
3 a judicial review took place and was dealt with. With an
appeal granted based off evidence being reviewed first which
the banned person in question chose not to send the required
evidence.
4. While there has been a decline in posts. Look around there
has also been a decline in people being depressed, baiting and
flamming has also gone down.( coincidence???)

It seems that a lot of people are
A) Busy
B) Growing tired of RP
It saddens me that this is happening -sigh-
We need people actively trying to start RP's.
On the plus side: 20th century RP is lively :)

Not a plus for me. I come on to only find 20th century RP posts.

I guess it's time I explain why I've gone so quiet.
1. Yes, it involves a recent ban. I will not voice my opinion on
that, but I recently went through a falling-out on an RP site I
was part of for a year. It rang a little too close to home for
me. Not to mention several IC projects between me and that
player that I don't know how they will be resolved.
2. Geographical location- in the NCSA. I'm pretty much isolated
from everyone else, and am not an aggressor, so there's little
for me to do.
3. I've just started to lose interest. Since I'm no longer SoI,
I've had less reason to frequent the site- although I am
enjoying the 20th century RP.

Well there are new players who need states to play with them.
Create new roleplays.
You are only as isolated as you make yourself as you
participate. This is a perfect opportunity to show people it
doee not have to be all war rp get involved in politics, trade
etc.
well guess what there is an election coming up. We need doers.
Even if you dont have a rp your state impacts others.

I really don't get it. People complaining about not finding any
RP opportunities, but no one does anything for the presidential
election which is a massive RP opportunity.
Seriously, the main activity on the forum has been discussing
potatoes, fries and ketchup.

However anyone might not like it, we rely very much on Diana,
Franco, and Aqua, since the original NCSA three (?) iterations
ago. Also, we don't have much of an OOC social medium that
everyone can access unlike our old AJAX chat, and I do think
that has an impact.
But anyway, the aforementioned are people who will do a lot if
they're interested and not irritated, even to the point of
"carrying" the region, but otherwise just stay away, IME.

They were elevated to mods and admins. So they choose to take on
those responsibilities.
This is the second time now we have been caught like this by the
same people. Who keep getting voted in than do nothing or let
things slow down.
This can clearly show vote for the best interest of the nation
not because someone is ur mate.
