       In the name of Your Most Holy Light, the Creator of the Heavens,
       endow unto us now, men and women of mortal flesh the Light most
       pure and most kind. To thee are we your servants, striving to be
       pure of heart, endeavoring to spread the most holy Light to all
       the corners of the Earth. Rid these plains, most blessed
       Creator, of the darkness that surrounds us and fill it with your
       Light. Under your most Holy Radiance My Lord, your most
       venerable Vicar on Earth, the summi Patris has doth proclaimed
       the word of Your will, speaking thusly concerning the structure
       of your Holy Haven, the Church of the Holy Light-
       1. Your ever presence illuminates the souls of the darkest of
       persons, your most devout gather in Your places of worship, a
       haven where they may practice the good news and celebrate Your
       Creation. The Church has seen the people's great intent to
       worship Your eternal Glory. It would be sin for us to deprive
       them of such right. For many years, the Church has operated with
       great autonomy and solidarity, having no solid structure. No
       more, let the new era of Light flow through each and every one
       of your followers. Binding them together, your will shall be
       done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Let the Flames sing the
       praises of Your everlasting glory, for a new age hath dawned
       this day. To all the faithful, clergy and lay people, through
       the will of his most Holy Light doth proclaim the reconstruction
       of the Church!
