Well in the old forum I was located in Oregon before being
forced to move by Caos after a war.
There is no law against it so I'm warning now, should this be
denied I will go to court and sue the Sec. Of Interior because
there's no lawful reason to deny this and also, I'm guaranteed
by the Constitution one land move.

Which you've had before. Whatever Gondor said is not legally
       binding and also incorrect.
OOC: Also by law. The constitution gives you no land moves.

I ask the Sec of Interior one more time is this accepted? Or
else a court case will ensue.
And why not AK? I restarted my state with all tech and
everything so I was a new state

You are the same state, the same player. You don't just get a
magical move because you tried to bend the rules.
And even if you were trying to be a different state, you would
have to been gone long enough to be removed from the map. Which
comes with the side effect of losing your tech, land, alliances
       etc. :P

Fine, accepted. Though I know what will happen. You'll use this
land change to your advantage in a war. Is this dishonorable?
Yes. Do I think this is a unrelated land change that has no
       relation to the war? No.
You are using the land change to your advantage and most likely
only want to move because it would favor in the war.
I will accept this change. Though it would look better if you
did the land change after the battle was over.

Regardless, we need an active cartographer before any moves can
be made, just to add the pragmatic part of things. I love Diana
but she seems pretty thoroughly absent for whatever reason.
