With paint.net there's a 'tolerance' thing for the fill tool.
The higher percentage of tolerance, the more of the specrum it
fills in. So I just raised the tolerance to about 35% and it
fill in those green spots

Fenson's map should be used as a base for the updated map as
it's fairly accurate.

Not a big deal, but my State/nation's name is still spelled
wrong on that map, along with, I think, a couple others.
