Can I ask who is willing to become my mother state/protector
state? Will work similarly to the Vatican, I just need to know
who is willing to protect 'the Pope' if war breaks out to adjust
my land claim for proximity's sake.

I'll protect you. My millitary is huge, and while there are
other large powers they're much more... militaristic... and
could get you destroyed in some war you didn't need to be in
(Especially Sparta). Just claim the unclaimed territory in
Georgia.

Before I do, is your nation okay with 'associating' themselves
with a religious based nation. I would like to roleplay this out
later with a formal treaty bonding (metaphorically speaking) us
together.
If so, next to Carolina Alliance please (Georgia), 4-5 counties
please!

The Holy Eastern Roman Empire will gladly take up the shield for
the Holy See. Our military may not be as large as Carolina's but
they are well trained.

My nation is purely Catholic clergy, I'm assuming you have
Orthodox Christians...No?

I have majority Catholics. Eastern is just because we are in New
York which is in the east.

Next to Gaius please, preferably in an area which is does not
face other nations (if not, that's okay). 4-5 counties.

If Vermont is available, the five southern provinces. If not, I
would like to be tucked somewhere between Norge-Sverige and
Gaius, near the southern border of New York, 4-5 provinces as
well please!
