       Cor'Therma wishes to discuss diplomacy with Fenson!

       "It would be an honor to meet and discuss diplomatic matters
       with the people of Fenson. We applaud their movement towards
       peaceful policies. The United Socialist People of Cor'Therma
       would proudly defend a nation who stands for peace. Cor'Therma
       has a simaler policy, for we can only have a small military with
       limited funding. Our public opinion among citizens is in favor
       of anti-war policies. We believe our two nations could lead the
       world towards a brighter future without need of conflict. For we
       should be the protector and voice ofthe people. We should rather
       Protect the Workers of the world, not kill them. The first step
       is coming together to protect what matters most. The People. We
       should never let the Greed of leaders construct the machines of
       war! We must not let the special intrests of few destroy the
       lives of many! For when the people are shackled and their voices
       scilenced! We will be the People who break their chains and cry
       out their names!"
       He continues, "I say this to you, leader if Fenson. What do you
       say? Are you the voice of many or the voice of few? Will you
       carry the burden of being the shield from tyranny? Will you be
       the hammer that breaks their chains of slavery? Will you be the
       voice of the workers without protection? I ask for not only
       peace, but a dream. A dream where the people live free.
       Cor'Therma is willing to protect any nation that has this same
       dream. Our Coalition... Our Socialist Pact of Nations have this
       same goal. Warren-Sanders, Pharq, Esnax. We are the Socialist
       Pact. We are the voice of the Workers. We are their hammer,
       their shield. Will you join our worthy cause?"
       OOC: I got way to into this. Essentially it's a pretty strong
       treaty among Socialist Nations.

       Wilf Rutkowski sends a reply to the leaders of Cor'Therma in
       which he says, "I would gladly accept an embassy and I'm sure
       that most of Fenson's citizens would accept them too. I would be
       delighted to be on the path to a defensive and economical
       alliance. I request that you would accept a Fenson embassy in
       your capital, too."
