Shots fired in New Rome

A rebellious group called The Empire Liberation Front has
recently fired at members of the Capital Legion Command. This
has lead to New Rome becoming a war zone overnight. With this
action, the Caesar has announced that any and all weapons owned
by citizens not part of the military will be removed, by force
in need be.

As both the civilian and military death tolls rise, the Caesar
has announced a state of emergency. With this, a dusk-to-dawn
curfew has been put in place. Under Empire law, this mean that
anyone found outside during the curfew will be arrested and if
the person in question has any weapon on them, whether a knife
or rifle, they will be immediately be executed under the basis
of rebellious behavior and high treason.

The Enduranca Republic has stopped all vessels travelling to
Pharq, for their own safety. Fortifications are enforced along
the north bank of the Columbia River.

times... It seems you have heretics that dare question the
light's truth. Caesar... Let us send in some of our Inquisitors.
We will make them confess their sins and expose them. Give the

The New Berlin Church of Holy Light sends 1 company of
Inquisitorial Knights. They begin going into churches and start
preaching the Holy Light. They also open up sin confessions,
slowly gathering information on the lives of the people. They
eventually find some who are rebels and send the names to the
government. The inquisitors are ordered to not attack anyone
unless it is self defense. This way they are masked as normal
priests and preachers. Although the inquisitors are instructed
to be ready in case they are needed to fight.

OOC: In this RP I'm located on the mainland in Oregon
IC:
Sparta announces its imperialists ambitions and declares war on
New Rome. A huge army is being gathered on the border to attack
with tanks, soldiers, Calvary, Rangers, and supported by the Air
Force and Navy.

OOC: Again sparta. It is 1905ish. Meaning no tanks or air
force... that also means cavalry is still on horses. And im not
your enemy. Never really have been. I have never done a thing to
you. You are always the one to take actions against me.

OOC bi-planes and Armored Cars. Also he could just randomly
decide o support an insurgence group. Because they're name is
friendly. I'ed be careful with being quick to defend rebels.
Sparta can invade f he wants. Just keep in mind we're using pre
WW1 tech.
IC: The inquisitors begin extinguishing the flames of rebellion.
Order was beginning to come back. Though the stench of hersay
still lingers. The inquisitors hear of the Spartan Deceleration
of war. They request the Crusaders of The Holy Light to aid
their patrols.

All Imperial Legates have been told to put their forces on high
alert after the Spartan Declaration of War. The Caesar has
ordered all heretics to be executed in public in front of the
Forum in New Rome. The Caesar thanks the Inquisitors for their
assistance.
