       OOC: As no one in this party is getting anything done and
       presidential elections are really close, I'd like to enter my
       nominee. I hope it's ok that the deadline has passed.
       IC:
       Congressman Florian Zahn from Diddyland gives the following
       speech:
       "Ladies and gentlemen from the Jefferson Antebellum Party and
       from the NCSA,
       I stand here today to announce my candidacy for President of the
       NeoConfederate States of America!
       I believe that the Jefferson Antebellum Party has the best
       ideas, but right now it is lacking the right leadership.
       We need to take responsibility and challenge the Socialists!
       Right now, we are handing the presidency over to them, we're not
       even really challenging them! Well, I don't plan to let that
       happen.
       If you let me, I will take the responsibility!
       I stand for a government that is more active, but does not
       impose laws on states, where such laws are out of place.
       Right now the government is not doing anything!
       Let's get action into congress!
       We have so many bright people in the NCSA with fantastic ideas.
       Let's take advantage of that!
       But let's not impose new ways of living onto states.
       Let's say, we decide on a bill, which would benefit most states,
       but go against the ideology of a few others.
       Let us not throw away the entire idea, like we have been doing,
       because of those few states!
       If those states can submit reasons, as to why this bill would
       negatively affect their state, let us just pass the bill and
       exempt those states from it.
       We have so many ideologies in the NCSA, that it has become
       impossible to agree on something.
       I believe that if this government is not getting anything done,
       if this government has no solution to this inactivity in
       congress, then it is time to change the government!
       Vote the Jefferson Antebellum Party!

       Florian Zahn will be the Nominee from the Jefferson-Antebellum
       Party to contest the next NCSA election.
       Please direct your votes to this candidate at the next election
       to ensure the JAP controls Congress.

       With the Jefferson-Antebellum Party nominee now selected. By all
       account Florian Zahn from Diddlyland is so far running unopposed
       in the NCSA Presidential race.
