Cor'Therman Elections: How YOU can influence them.

[center]Cor'Therman Elections Are Coming up![/center]
Elections are extremely important. Every Cor'Therman has the
right to vote. No registration is necessary. All they need to
show is their proof of citizenship and they are accepted. The
political system is pretty balanced right now. Here are the
parties:
[center]Neo-Capitalist Party (Major) - Liberal
Capitalist[/center]
-Protect Social and Political Freedoms. (Even if it's negative.)
-Expand Cor'Therma's free market.
-Non-Militaristic.
-Unions are fine, as long as they're not state forced. (Workers
can still be exploited due to possible lack of protection.)
-Free Market. Against trusts and monopolies.
[center]Crusader Party (Minor) - Theocratic/Fascist[/center]

Party Platform:
-To enforce religious laws.
-Rebuild Cor'Therma's religious spirituality.
-Against Immigration.
-Extremely Anti-Socialist/Communist. (No protection of workers.)
-Free Market. (Trusts and monopolies may form.)
[center]Red Worker Union Party (Minor) -
Communist/Marxist[/center]

-Protect Political Freedoms. (Free speech is fine, as long as
it's not negative to people.)
-The State decides on allocation of resources to provide best
results for the country as a whole. (At the expense of possible
profits.)
-Militaristic.
-Pro-Worker Rights.
-No Free Market. State Controlled. (Government is the Monopoly.)
[center]Worker's Voice Party (Major) - Socialist[/center]
Party Platform:
-Protect Social and Political Freedoms. (Even if it's negative.)
-The State Representatives elected by workers democratically
decide on allocation of resources to provide best results for
the country as a whole. (At the expense of possible profits.)
-Non-Militaristic
-Pro-Worker Rights.
-Extremely Regulated Free Market. (Trusts and monopolies may
form.)
[center]Democratic Socialist Party (Major) - Democractic
Socialist[/center]

allocation of resources to provide best results for the country
as a whole. (At the expense of possible profits.)

-Regulated Free Market. (Trusts and monopolies may form.)

-To rebuild the Military of Cor'Therma. Militaristic.
-Rebuild Cor'Therma and make it economically strong again.
-Against Immigration.
-Extremely Anti-Socialist/Communist. (No protection of workers.)
-Free Market.
Potential Presidents and Vice Presidents:
- Neo-Capitalist Party Presidential Candidate (To be determined)
VP (To be determined)
- Democratic Socialist Party Presidential Candidate "Wilhelm
Heidrich" VP (To be determined)

OOC: Election are important, but I'm making it interesting. I
know a lot about politics and I will argue all 3 sides during
the general elections. I dont want this to start any fights...
We're all mature here so what happens happens.
In order for a party to qualify, it must have 2 Countries
backing it. For RP purposes, we will assume Endorsing Countries
are contributing to finances. Realistically they would not...
But this way other people are involved in the influence of
elections and the change of my nation.
Fascist Parties need 5 Countries to qualify. For they have
almost Zero public support.
Other Minor Parties need 3 Countries to qualify.
How to influence: international incidents can influence a
Parties popularity. For example, if a country endorses a party
they will gain influence among the people. Unfortunately
providing money is easy. Unlike war, there is no strategy or
difficulty. We cant do a debate because we'll kill eachother XD.
Over these next couple of days I will try to think of a way so
we can RP a peaceful government change.
What does this mean for Cor'Therma?
-May become Liberal Capitalist
-May become more Socialist
-May stay Democratic Socialist
How will things be decided?
-Outside endorsement
-Diplomacy with Potential Presidents
-Creating Propaganda Posters for the Parties (I will provide an
example for each supported party)
-More to come
What Should I keep in mind?
-Cor'Thermans dislike war
-Cor'Thermans care for worker rights (even if capitalist)
-Cor'Thermans are not very religious (but have nothing against
it)
-Cor'Thermans are pro-personal and pro-political freedom.
-More to come
What about Vice Presidents?
-To make this interesting I will have the nations supporting
said party choice a nation to nominate a VP from their nominated
nation. I will then approve or disapprove of the choice.
Realistically this would never happen, but for RP's sake... Role
with it.
What will happen if "My" nation is selected for providing a VP?
-You will get the most influence in matters and will be
instantly allied with. No matter past conflicts.
-This means my culture will be influenced as well.
-TL:DR - You influence my polices and alliances.
Once you choose a Party to support you're locked with that
party. Though you can still stop supporting them. You just
cannot support a different party.

Frijstaater business tycoons Frederikke Steffensen and Andreas
Traugott have offered their support to the Neo-Capitalist Party
through the foundation of the 'Association for the Advancement
of Personal Liberty (AAPL)' in New Amsterdam. The organization
hopes to promote socially-liberal and economically-conservative
movements across the NCSA, seeking to foster the expansion of
pro-liberty movements and combat a perceived rising tide of
anti-liberty, socialist tendencies across the nation.

The Carter Center, while not especially wealthy or powerful, has
backed the Democratic Socialist Party. James Carter has publicly
announced that his intentions are pure and hopes to spread the
democratic process to other States in the Confederacy.

DEN, a country famous for it's socialism and authoritarianism,
has put full support behind the Red Worker Union Party, with the
government authorizing flyers, posters, pamphlets, and
commercials to help support the Socialist side.

The Carolina Alliance completely backs the neo-capitalist party,
and has offered to fund their campaign. The candidate from the
party, when decided, has been invited to meet with the congress
and executive branch.
