       Imperial left and I need a new Sec of State (which I've always
       preferred to have the Delegate as well because it helps with
       their job.)
       Secretary of State
       The Secretary of State is the official head of the ambassador
       department of the NCSA. The SOS manages the Embassies and
       alliances, as well as notifying people of changes in such items.
       The SOS has the power to approve or disapprove embassies and
       alliances that other regions propose.
       Likewise, the SOS has the power to approve or disapprove
       ambassadors, ask for new ones, and appoint ambassadors of their
       own.

       I'd be happy to apply.
       Unfortunately though, the delegate position wasn't assigned to
       their powers. They approve things on this forum, which include
       ambassadors. That was the original idea. Giving the secretary
       power over who gets banned, the region administration, is not in
       their job list.

       But approving the embassies is which is something the delegate
       can do, so it still be beneficial.

       I see your point, which is that it is beneficial, but under the
       current circumstances, would you allow me skepticism as to why
       you only suggested this new addition to her power now, and why
       it is not present in the law?
       Is it perhaps because of me? Which I do believe it is, but at
       any rate,
       I'd still be happy to apply, though I'd have to appoint a
       recruiter.

       No it has nothing to do with you; it has everything to do with
       the fact I need a sec of state and it's been a couple of days.
       The power part is something I told Imperial from the beginning,
       get the Delegate position.
