History/Culture: Settlers from a far away land came to
Cor'Therma in 1905, setting up a port city named New Berlin. The
settlers began setting up missionaries and teaching the
indigenous population the Light. The indigenous settlers were
considered primitive, only knowing hunting and gathering
techniques. Their villages consisted of makeshift houses like
log cabins. The culture was very bland. The cultural music
lacked taste and the art was sloppy. Their native religion was
borderline Paganism with animal sacrifice and belief in spirits.
Missionaries would go out to convert the damned souls, but only
few tribes would accept. Native tribes saw the pollution of New
Berlin killing the local streams and animals. Small forces of
gun and spear wielding soldiers would charge travelling
merchants. Burning small military outposts too. Resentment
towards the native people were growing. With the resources of
the booming city dwindling, businesses pushed near native tribal
villages. The economy relied on the growth of New Berlin.
Logging Companies went to the government expressing their
concern. The New Berlin Council understood and struck a deal. If
they resisted converting to the Light, then they had no hope at
all. Why extend the inevitable? Very few of the councilmen
disagreed. The missionaries came back, shaking their heads, and
the soldiers were called. The soldiers marched towards the
village of Eyu'nu, grabbing the men, women, and children.
Killing all of them except for the healthy ones, bringing them
back to New Berlin as prisoners. Then the entire village was
burnt to the ground. News spread about the horrible war crime
committed by the New Berlin Security Force and the people cried
for justice, that the justice was not equal! Small riots broke
but they were soon dispersed. The Logging companies then
expanded to the Eyu'nu village land, cutting down all of the
trees. The new found prosperity brought distraction to New
Berlin. The war crimes ceased. Factories were constructed on the
outskirts of New Berlin, building furniture and clothes for the
city. Farms were constructed to grow food that could survive the
harsh environment. The city was bustling, economically powerful,
and expanding.

Prostitution, Nudity, Abortion, Homosexuality. (Possibly more to

kind and thoughtful in these times. If you see crimes please
report it. We are currently coming up with a solution to this

Security Force."

Mayor Wolf came to the podium, "Friends, the Light shines upon
our nation. The Church is our wisest ally. Their libraries of
knowledge unlimited. Their skilled soldiers worthy. We shall
accept them to fight along side the New Berlin Security Force!"
