       Government: The country is lead by a Caesar who is absolute in
       his ruling. He also is helped in governing by the senate which
       has very little or no authority.
       Economy: the government spends most of its money on Church's and
       the spiritual aspects of politics while also funding law & order
       as well as the military.
       Military: The EHRE focuses on a small but well trained army and
       has named its units of historical rankings such as Legionnaires
       and Centurions. With this force the Empire focuses mostly on the
       defense of its country but is able to fight any country or state
       on terms of equal or superior training but not in numbers.
       History: With the north east disrupted by civil wars and the
       overthrow of the Federal Government by the NCSA New Yorker
       Antonio took on the name Gaius Nero Caesar and with many
       supporters took over north west New York and founded New
       Constatinople where he proclaimed himself the new line of Caesar
       and re-enforced the need of religion. The Eastern Orthodox
       Church began to dominate the nation influencing politics and
       everyday life. With the death of Nero his son Cornelius took the
       crown and now rules the Empire.
