Turk is a judge, and he says 1 week. So to compromise, it's fair
to go down from 1 month to say 3 maybe. It exactly shows that I
chose someone who doesn't agree with me. Otherwise I'd have
chosen someone that wants 1 month.
But please, take this through congress. You're not gonna reach
       anything from here.

No it shows you don't want a 1 month bans, or you would've just
rolled with it. since you don't need unanimous opinion to get
that 1 month, you don't compromise on something you have a
       majority for already.

It's like if Scotland had voted to be independent, and then it's
leaders just went with staying in the UK with more local powers,
the people want something, the leaders promised it, and all you
did was give us a tiny sliver of what we actually wanted.

Again, it is your right to disagree.
Please take this to congress. I really don't care if you replace
Turk with some other judge. But we need a 3rd judge. So until
you people got it through congress, he'll stay. If you get it
done, he'll be replaced. That simple.
Again, I made the choice because it had to be made. President
hasn't been very active lately. Also, I asked "Do I just choose
a replacement?" To which I was told that I should.
So, one last time: I do not care who the 3rd judge is. Get the
president or congress to replace him. I don't care.

Well, Ms. President. If you want to replace Turk, please go
       ahead.

I understand the concerns regarding this objection, I assumed I
would be officially replaced during the next term for President.
I had no intention of staying without being elected, but we
       needed an immediate replacement.

Lol. All you did was replace one moderate for another. Too
       funny.
End of the day in real life it is about politics. When Bush was
President he favoured Conservative Judges for the Supreme Court.
With Obama it was Socialist leaning Justices.
Good thing is Obama couldnt remove the previous judges they had
to wait for them to retire, step down or die.
Same with this region. Its a good check as it stops the current
President from adding to the court everyone that thinks like
them. So there is some balance.
In saying that the Justice represent the best interest of the
       NCSA not their home state.
