       Protest of the court
   DIR By: Dreobaca

We should have the right to approve of the temp judge (for
approval of the admin action) not the CJ to accurately reflect
our views and if the court denies us this right then we the
posters on this thread call for the administrations to ignore
the court and do the right thing here

I do not welcome anything that slows down the supreme court and
its cases even more. If we were to have elections or congress
vote on whether the nomination is fine for them or not, it would
take days until court can even start to talk about a case. No, I
don't think that this makes sense

None of you are elected. You get to decide whose on your own
court? while you have no reason to listen to what the people
       want? that is not democracy.

If you disagree, I'd say you file a complaint through congress.
If you get a majority there, fine, no problem, another judge
will be nominated. But until then, Turkducken will remain,
unless he decides to step down.
But I insist, getting congress to aprove of every nomination
would slow the supreme court down too much.

by law the President makes appointments, so it should fall onto
her to make an appointment not you; she is also an elected
official therefore the will of the people will have a say in her
appointment and not some justice who would make his picks based
on who supports his position because he doesn't have to worry
       about the people's wrath.

Turkdurken was the Justice choosen to hear a particular case not
       a permanent placement.
There are still 3 Justices. Caos has not been dismissed he just
cant hear this case thank you.
Any dismissed Justice will be replaced by a President nominee
       for replacement.

But he's a justice that for one case, which is not the one he
has been acting in, he was not chosen to replace Caos for more
than Caos vs. AK. not Approving AK's actions.
And where does the CJ get the power to appoint temp justices?

You think that I chose the justice that would favor my views?
No, I was absolutely fair. Caos is socialist, and so I replaced
       him with another socialist.
Turkducken and I do not have the same views. I am against
socialism and I'm not at all a big fan of Caos.
It was a fair choice that had to be mad quickly.
Now, again, if you disagree (which you absolutely have the right
to), take it to congress instead of wasting your time here with
       some protest.

You clearly did, you initially said one month and keep trying to
get WP to go down from your initial idea to Turks, so you
clearly don't support you're own idea. and are far down on the
       punishment.
Don't try to go I "replaced" a socialist with a socialist, this
isn't a Conservative, versus socialist issue that defense isn't
       going to fly here
also there are many different types of Socialists and they don't
       get along.
