       agreements with other states. To usher in peace and prosperity
       between our states.

       Name of Ambassador: Melinka Hulsker
       Pic of Ambassador: See attachment
       Brief Note of the Ambassador: Frau Hulsker has been part of the
       Frijstaater Foreign Office for 20 years and has held
       appointments both at home and abroad.  She is a staunch
       supporter of human rights and has been quoted saying, "Tolerance
       of intolerance is cowardice."  Frau Hulsker was also Frijstaat's
       first Muslim ambassador.
