       Year Setting

       Hello~
       Before I start to build my nation, and pick it's territory and
       policies.
       Which year are we exactly playing into?
       Like... WW2 years... WW1 years... Cold war, modern war? colonial
       one? caribbean pirates era?

       This is modern, though we do sometimes go a little into the
       future. But if it's far out into the future, like a starship,
       then no. Right now it's 2015, so I'd say about 2020 and earlier?
