       In the event this civil war plays out, I'm staying neutral.
       Partly due to political reasons, mostly due to strategic
       reasons- I'm on the other side of the continent.

       Whose to say where the civil war will be centred. And if your
       trading with an enemy your state may need to be bombed to stop
       them getting supplies.  :-p
       Just because someone is neutral doesnt save them. WW2 showed
       that.

       It would probably be centered in Columbia. There's no doubt I'll
       invade and so most of it would probably take place there.

       I'm okay with it takin place in Columbia. But again this can
       only really work if we gain support from each side as WP stated.
       My secession was due to the passing of the Freedom Act, so I had
       a reason. But, if the NCSA gov't or another state is to say
       "transport supply" into Columbia and my soldiers fire, then we
       could start a wing of secession.

       Look, you seceded. We have to invade. But for the love of God,
       stop trying to use technicalities and guilt to get two more
       allies. If no one wants to ally with you, then you're alone, and
       you need to accept that.
