       Well, under a technicality...
       Largest nation that ICly has no nukes: DEN
       But since I do have nukes that no one knows about, if its an ooc
       ranking, then yep. You :P

       Something like the NS (proper) categories would be nice, but
       with RP and the NCSA situation being taken into account. Of
       course there could be a lot of categories, but eliminating some
       of the sillier ones might help, as well as only using "most"
       instead of both "most" and "least" -- or, alternatively,
       whatever would be more positive.
       Some random suggestions:
       -Least corrupt
       -Strongest military
       -Largest military
       -Healthiest population
       -Best environment
       -Most conservative
       -Most religious/devout
       -Most left-wing
       -Most right-wing
       -Most authoritarian
       -Most libertarian
       -Strongest economy
       -Largest population
       -Best overall standard of living ....
       etc.
       On top of rankings could also have some government categories of
       our own, that we just assign ourselves based on RP intent,
       instead of the ones assigned by NS, like:
       Authoritarian dictatorship
       Absolutist monarchy
       Constitutional monarchy
       Oligarchy
       Republic
       Direct democracy
       Anarcho-syndicalist
       Just some random ideas.
