if we have to worry about "conservative" vs "socialist" biased
to make this kind of decision, this court is unable to this
decision because it's party biased.

We are as unbiased as is humanly possible. I just thought that
it'd be fair for me to choose a person with different political
views (and from a different party) as mine, that has kept
relativelly neutral in this mess. Also, I wanted an experienced
member who has proven to have a good grip of the constitution.
Turkducken came to my mind. I hope that we can now proceed

for deciding whether or not AK, the admin has a right to post
mod someone? admins are not mentioned in our constitution, so
why do we get to dictate them? we trust them to make the right
decisions at the right times, not to wait on others to give him
permission.

The user protection act is why we are aloud to question their
authority. I posted it as evidence!

Okay, and have you seen the way Caos has been acting all day?
that's a situation I would call extreme enough to be beyond
"protection" and lucky he hasn't gotten that sooner.

It does not matter what he has done, the law can not be broken.
You all think that it's meaningless but it is not! It was made
to prevent things like this from happening! A checks and
balances system for the admin team so that they can not abuse
their power!

This isn't an abuse of power, it's the correct action at the
correct time. etc.
