Skype messages don't affect moderator decisions.
They're off site.
You're trying to make me say something here. I don't know what,
but I'm not falling for it. Either you stop using loaded
questions, or you start using better ones.
No action has been taken against Columbia since the post mod. No
action at ALL has been taken on WP. And at this point, you
couldn't even ban me without warning me first, and a ban would
be decided upon by the judges.
You don't get to hold everyone's hand, Cog. You don't get to be
their mommy. Stop acting like it, and start treating them the
way they should be.
This shit would never happen on the nationstates forum and most
people know that already. Why? Because they laid out the rules.
You guys don't lay out rules. You lay out guidelines, and then
hop around them.

Caos I use skype as Voice Coms so I can talk with them easier. I
rather discuss the issue then Type it. It's easier and there is
no miscommunication because they can hear the tone of my voice.
Okie I'm going to go get the PM messages I did the columbia,
hopefully I saved them.

And you already know he doesn't listen to them.
Have you warned him? No. You held his hand. Have you put him on
post mod? No. You held his hand.
So when he starts insulting you over and over again, you're
going to ignore the obvious break in the rules just so you can
hold his hand?

Oh wait, he does listen to them. Have I warned him? Everytime
you say hes doing something wrong I generally talk to him.
I like to solve the issue, Not beat them with a stick and leave
them confused on the matter.
If he uses ad hominids, then I'll have to pull him aside and
tell him to stop.
Look, I want to be fair. I've been getting a lot of messages
that I've been unfair. Why? We have been ignoring YOU caos.
WP has complained, Columbia complained. What do you want us to
do? say "No, your wrong. Caos did nothing." when we can clearly
see you've contributed?

You have no moderator skills at all. Your entire argument
revolves around ignoring all the rules. And yes, I haven't done
anything. All Columbia does is moan and whine. All WP does is
sulk around and occasionally report a random post. For what?
NOTHING. God knows Columbia gets angry at the slightest whim,
and WP just hates me. He's hated me from the start. Everyone
knows that, and if you would like to be blind to it, I'll direct
you to those skype messages I showed you.
Maybe instead of holding their hands, you give them a spanking,
tell them why, and tell them not to do it again.
At least then they'll know that you won't always forgive them,
just like Columbia thought.

I've managed a 500 Person Planetside 2 outfit by myself. I've
managed a Online Gaming community for 3 years. Solely. No one
else did the managing of members. No one did any leading, they
all wanted me to do it.
I'm taking a Major in Mechanical Engineering and Major in
Engineering Management. I have experience dealing with people
and disputes and running groups.
How would you handle the situation if two people were arguing?
I can tell you I'ed try to clear any misinformation, the
argument most likely started from a Miss communication.

and Columbia can be a**holes, but you can be a bully. I don't
want any of you guys to leave. But ultimately you said bye but
