okay so let me use an example:
Someone posts porn on the forum (which will get our forum shut
down) I have to wait anywhere from 12-48 for justices to approve
banning him on sight? this law wasn't really thought through if
that was the case.
Please don't forget about Article 2

But this won't get us shut down. That is acceptable, but this is
a case that won't shut down the forum. Other than that, the law
is the law and it shall not be infringed on. Also we have 3
justices. You clearly used a hyperbole to try to get more
supporters.

There is currently a case going on, or at least has been
proposed. I advise that this topic be removed or locked until
that case has been resolved. In addition, I advise we seek
counsel from the Supreme Court in regards to Section 2 of the
User Protection Act as evidenced by disagreement found here.

No I didn't, WP lives in Australia so his time zone is hard to
work with; and if two justices don't agree than, than I do have
to wait on him.
This is still a situation that requires immediate action, versus
waiting.

No it does not! And that's the problem. You have been ignoring
section 2 note 1 this entire time.

No, I'm not, I'm telling you that article 2 takes precedence
here because it is necessary for action to have taken place now,
not in 12+ hours

Nowhere does it say that you can skip judicial approval. It
states that post moderation is temporary until a decision on
that person is made. Not that you can just hand it out whenever
you want without approval.

Well what is he on? Post moderation, waiting for a decision.
That's the "action" you "sued" me for. And now your saying
that's what I can do/

But you are misinterpreting it. It says that post moderation is
temporary, not that you can hand it out without approval. Also,
he is not waiting for a decision, as there is no court case
against him right now.

He is waiting on a decision, I said he's on post mod, because of
his actions and the court can come and talk to me, if they want
to do a full blown case. The law never said how I have to get
the waiting on a ruling.
Article II: Punishments shall be taken by the acting M/A team on
a case by case basis, but shall contain the following
escalation: Warning, Warning, Post Ban, Forum Ban, Restriction,
Delete and Restriction, Post Moderation, and Delete on Sight.
Bans and Restrictions shall never be permanent, and shall be
considered temporary actions against a person, which times shall
be made to coincide with the Judiciary and M/A team. Post
Moderation shall be put in effect upon a person so that they may
not post offensive things until the Judiciary Team has convened,
and conducted a ruling upon the person, as well as his actions.
Note I: Such punishments are considered immediate punishments,
given out at the immediate sight of the actions. Forum Bans and
above must be decided and ruled upon by the Judiciary team,
which will take consideration and advice from the Administrative
team.
