What lawsuit?

He placed restrictions on you without judicial approval. That's
violating the user protection act.

If the court says that he's guilty then we can lift the
restrictions and remove him from the admin team.

Its in line with Article 2.
Restrictions can be put into place to stop offensive behavior
until a judical session convenes.

he got his permissions to do his on stuff, as he tried to hide
things that are useful for people to make informed statements
about this judgment, his post mod is for several reason, he'll
be removed when he calms down.

Remember article 2, Caos clearly was out of control, (beyond
just telling me f*** you B**** S****) (my name) so he ended up
on post mod, if the court has a problem with it, they can talk
to me.

But note 1 clearly states that forum bans and above must be
approved by the judicial team.

Think about it this way, I take action, then discuss with the
judges about what they think, or just wait on them (and one to
be replaced) just to take action that is necessary in this
situation, the judicial team, can tell me I'm wrong and I'll
change it, but for now he'll stay there awaiting there ruling.

But you can't do that. It clearly states that judicial approval
is needed first. The whole point of that section of the bill is
to prevent things like this from happening.
