You can use different computers! I could use my school laptop
then my phone and no one would know but last night Columbia
logged off and Dreobaca logged in and questioned me about the
Preston-Heath RP.

Before I start. I will state I voted no to the banning.
1. You have stopped seperating occ from ic. You personally
attack people ooc based off ic posts. Your latest accusation of
calling me a racist was the finally straw. And it equates to
libel as it was an ooc attack. I gave you a definition of what
racism is, you choose to ignore it. You have never showed a
shred of evidence where I used racial taunts or racially
villified another race. Your thoughtlessness can damage my
reputation outside of this forum. I am in the process of signing
a deal to get a book I wrote published and two people I asked
to join this forum were put off by your attitude. I will not
have my name and yes my name has been now mentioned on this
forum dragged through the mud.
2. You keep demanding people respect you. Respect is earnt. You
scream and demand and throw an attitude when someone doesnt
respect you. Maybe if you were not so offensive and crude people
may listen but why should they. You dont respect them. And you
were a terrible mod. It took me having to goto Gondor and CSM as
you would not act on the posts I reported.
3. You demean Sparta at any chance. A rp mentor does not
belittle they build someone up. And at times you have also
belittled Carolina Alliance.
4. I am sure AK is weighing up all the facts not just your
offsite altercation with him. He works off chances not wanting
to ban people hope a warning would be enough. You had alot of
protection under Gondor but times have changed. Yes you and I
got at it offsite. And AK called for it to cease, you than
posted messages from the last conversation but neglected to post
previous ones, one in which spoke ill of my deceased mother
which has left me in a depressive mood.
5. AK asked us not to interact. You went against that by bombing
a WP ship hoping to cause a negative reaction and you posted on
the Jefferson-Antebellum Party rally which had people wanting to
physically injury someone. There was no point to that post apart
from wanting to cause a negative response from Columbia.
6. You attended the townhall meeting. You were not very vocal on
opposing anyone but myself. If you chose to spend that tome
trying to ensure I was not voted in, instead of expressing admin
qualities of other people than maybe the result would have been
different. Thats no ones fault but your own.
7. I dont single anyone out. I find my creativity to chose a
state of my choosing is always stepped on. And this region votes
off mateship not real life politics. But that didnt bother you
when you had previous mod backing.
I treat you as you treat me. I would hope in doing so it would
have giving you a wake up call, but clearly it hasnt. Yes you
are very good in some of your rp as long as it goes to how you
want it to be. Many times you asked people to change something,
many times there was a good reason behind it.
Both times I have asked why is rp going so fast. It has been a
bad luck move on. And there was no comprising. You also often
accuse people what you yourself are guilty of. Take the
impeachment issue, your quite ok in getting me impeached but you
yourself have displayed unseemly behavior but you want people to
overlook that. It is a sad day that a player who has been here a
week can see that also.
You want respect. Start earning it and stop treating people as
if they are puppets that must play the way you want. And curb
your tongue. There are people here 13, 14 and 15 years old. They
dont need too be hearing cussing.
So no I dont think he should be banned. Restricted to some
extent as AK has yet to post and there are two sides to every
story. And I say this becuase I have been on the end of your
accusations. And quite frankly you were not wholly truthful.
Sparta: if you have reason to believe someone is a puppet. Go
tell a mod. Not pull the whole if she is a witch she will
float/sink routine. The writing styles are way off. Even if
someone was faking it they would trip up.

1. No, I don't. I called you a bigot and racist because you
were. You hated my beliefs and tried to show that in every way.
I still have those pictures. And don't make me show them.
2. You didn't give me respect from the beginning, so don't talk
about respect. All you've cared about was yourself. From day one
you wouldn't listen. I told you your reports weren't founded.
That was my decision as a mod. But you couldn't take that. You
couldn't handle that someone didn't think your way. That was the
MODERATOR's decision. What was yours? Undermine them, and act
like a victim because of it. Don't act high and mighty when you
weren't. And jesus are you bringing this up again? What do you
want to do?
3. I use snark. Which isn't belittling. Yes, I think they can be
stupid. Yes, CA is kind of immature and he's not too smart. I
will say that out loud. Yes, Sparta doesn't listen. No, I don't
hate him. I don't like CA though. But I don't go out of my way
to insult them.
4. You have a dead mom? When did you care to mention this?
Before or after you tried acting like an ass to me? Before or
after you acted like you were right. Before or after you
viciously harassed and baited me?
5. It kind of was important. I wanted you in the war. And that
would've probably happened.
6. Yeah I proposed myself. I didn't like the idea of the Ak and
Diana posse again because it went horribly last time. And now? I
saw what he is capable of, and I don't like it.
Oh lord jesus it's a revelation. Im saved. Truly. You treated me
like shit from the beginning. Don't give me this. I treated you
nicely, then stopped. Because it wasn't worth it. My Rps are
good all around. Even YOU don't know the same things I do, and
somehow that means I'm wrong? Just because someone does
something stupid it's now my fault?
7. I havent displayed unseemly behavior, and I have no idea
where it came from. But from the beginning you've had an
attitude of "I'm right, you're wrong, and as such, you're a
piece of shit". From the BEGINNING. CSM agreed and told you to
stop. But you didnt. And now you act like it was deserved. So
what of this hypocrisy? You come after me day after day before.
Even now you do it with your frivolous mod reports that AK is
absolutely fed up with. You wanna complain? Take some blame.
Otherwise stop hiding behind whatever you can use as an excuse.
Like your service, for one.

Something that is inappropriate or unacceptable behavior is
unseemly. It's a gentler, somewhat nicer word for
"inappropriate" than its synonyms, the "in" words: "indecent,
indecorous, indelicate, inelegant, inept"

Caos believes we're randomly attacking him. He believes he's
done NOTHING to deserve ANY of this. He believes that WP,
Sparta, Columbia, AK, I, and Pharq just randomly decided to
attack him with all this. I talked with him or an hour trying
to explain to him that it's a mutual fault for the fights. Do
you really think we just decided to ban for no reason?
You bait people, you insault people, you use insaults while
trying to explain something, you tend to focus in on certain
people and constantly go after them. You make posts designed to
incite a reaction. (Need evidence? I'll get the quotes) Do you
honostly believe you've done all of this in retaliation. That
you are innocent, that you are a victum of a currupt system that
makes charges with no evidence o back them up. That the forum
wants to start start fights and go after you for no reason. That
you have done NOTHING to have these reactions. Do you think
we're making this up? That we're framing you? Do you think we
are removing one of our mos active RP'ers because "Meh, I feel
like banning someone today".
We do things maturely, talk it out, hear both sides, and try to
work with people and help them explain the issue. We dont want
to ban anyone.
Now caos isnt the only one at fault, but the facts are facts.
Need quotes, I can get them.
Caos, answer me. Do you honostly, truely believe You've done
nothing to deserve any of this? Do you really believe that
everyone is ganging up on you randomly for no reason?
If not, why would they be doing this? Why is this happening?
