       Congressional Procedure and Process

I know some are not for going strictly by the book and following
normal Congressional procedure in regards to motions and the way
some things are taken. What are your guy's opinions on this and
what are you suggestions for us? (The Speaker and Deputy)
(I believe the House Procedures states that we must follow
Roberts Rules, but I now see that some people may think that too
       overly complicated or excessive)

Robert's Rule is just something to make sure elites get the
voice and us little guys get nothin so yes I'd like to see
       changes.

       Thank you for your input!
We implemented Robert's Rules, from my understanding, so that we
could have a standard guideline that we could follow. :)

I haven't read over the entire thing, I could if needed, but I
appreciate the amount of effort and character you put into being
       Speaker.

I'm sure I could use another well read person to help me with
problems that arise from time to time. It would be appreciated
       but not mandatory :)
       Thank you!

I don't think the procedures should be too strict. If somebody
votes before the second, as long as it gets a second don't
       discard it.

That is one I do not believe we should carry on and get in the
habit of doing. Really what your doing is voting before a vote
has even been called, that is why your votes have been
discounted. It's the same as voting during debate. It's not the
proper time to do so. I know some people may be excited to get
bills passed and such, but I think it is important to respect
how we do such things in order to keep it organized, though that
doesn't necessarily mean some aspects of the procedure can be
changed to streamline the process. But this one, IMO, is not one
       change I would support.
