OOC: Thanks although I'd like a perfect nation that doesn't have
poverty I try to be realistic so I believe unless there's an
extremely progressive dictator there will be many in poverty
under a dictator.
IC: "The last of the Socialist Party members have been rounded
up and imprisoned until review by the Khan and Council of
Ministers. In other news the Khan asks for all socialist party
members who have fled be immediately extradited to the Khanate
so they can face trial as traitors and rebels. Also all
Socialist or socialist leaning papers, radios, or literature has
been banned and outlawed as 'Endagering the stability of the
state.' We will continue to cover the Extradition news as it
unfolds."

OOC: So you do have poverty? I'm just trying to clarify. I don't
want to make false statements in my RP. If you have poverty I
was going to RP support for the worker's party. But if you treat
workers fairly and give them livable wages then I'll have
nothing to argue IC.

OOC: I have used the khan (who I try to use with my own personal
beliefs and opinions which may sometimes progressive and some
times not) to put my ideas into effect. I have given workers a
minimum wage. I have built cheaper housing near industrial
districts and poorer parts of town. The only thing I won't do is
institute a free-for-all welfare system. I have a application
process and the government looks into what you've done and are
doing. You only get automatic welfare if your elderly and are
disabled or retired. Adults can only get welfare if they are
disabled or out of a job and is actively seeking a new one(they
will get a welfare check for a year to help them stay above the
poverty line until they find a job) but as Turducken says I do
have poverty aswell as ghettos but these are for the people who
don't want to contribute to the state or refuse to work.

"With no reply from any state that the Socialist rebels had been
caught the Khan has put a bounty of 1 million tilugis for each
of the high ranking party members brought in. He has been
reported to have said that with the too recent freedom of
Mongolia from an extreme socialist government that no Mongolian
should have any desire to support socialism of any kind. We will
return to this segment as more news turns up."
