Tormbotten scratches his chin, "With recent developments in my
state Socialism has been put into a bad light. No one likes the
anarchy and horror of a state wide violent riot and even less so
of a rebellion." He takes another swig, "As the Chinese
philosopher Confucius says, and this is a rough quotation, 'The
people shall love and obey their leader as a son his father and
a leader shall care and protect his people like a father too his
son." He sets the empty glass down, "If that means that the
people have to give up some of their rights so the leader may
better protect them so be it. We have had a Khan from Ghengis to
Togon Temur when we were finally defeated then after those
communist Russians took us over and showed us the joys of a
socialist government gone wrong. Finally we've had a restoration
of the Khanate once that damned empire fell."

The Speaker walks quietly into the bar, hopefully unnoticed. He
makes his way over to the counter and asks for refreshments
(water).

Uranium, which our allies get pretty much unrestricted access

Tormbotten nods to acknowledge the point, "Yes if we needed more
uranium than our small deposit allows us we would indeed need to
import from you. I am sure the Khan would ally himself with any
state as long as they can both agree to leave their states
politics out of it."

Ham Wesley had been at the bar for some time, and he overhead
the Namenian Representative boasting of their Uranium business,
but what he had said wasn't entirely true.
He walked over, and spoke.
"Comrade Ascrith, DEN may have a monopoly on the Uranium
business, but Gondor has many untapped reserves of the
radioactive metal."
