In my own humble opinion I think you should have to be in Dixie
region to join. Hawaii is not in the Dixie region.

Best I can offer is if someone was to have a trade city or base
within one of the Dixie Alliance members states we could
possibly offer Observer status. Limited to some of the benefits
but not all.
I.e Economic cooperation.
It is also mutual defence. If attacked, not if you are the
attacker. Not fair to drag people into a senseless war that
could affect their economy or other areas of their state.

OOC: This is for the southeast for DIXIELAND. Last time I
checked Hawaii wasn't apart of Dixie

OOC: Hawaii culturally, historically, economically, and
geographically is nothing like the southeast. So no it isn't
relative.

While it is geographic based. If someone has a trade city within
any of the Dixie States Alliance I am happy to give them
Observer Status. But it would depend on what everyone else was
after.
It would be similar to WP being an Observer during the Atlantic
Coalition as we had a naval base in CA.
It would be good for us to have at least a monthly meeting. And
I would like it rotational so every state has the opportunity to
host and lead the theme of the meeting.
So if any of you have any issue or ideas you can suggest them
and run with that theme on your rotation or even mention it
during the meetings.
I think an important one is Trade and the Economy.
We all have great resources and products. And I would like to
see each Dixie Alliance state prosperous.

I think we should to them weekly, every weekend. If we wait a
month we could end up with tons of issues that might not be
possible to resolve. Also this is based a lot off of the ACL,
isn't it?

More Economy cooperation. Diplomatic cooperation. Mutual
protection. Technology Sharing.
Even the ability to create Organisation within the Alliance to
better assist each other.
