Dixie Alliance

The Dixie Alliance is open to all Southern states of the NCSA.
The purpose of the Dixie Alliance is among those items listed
below which can be added to.
1. Economic Support and fairness of trade between such states
2. Sharing of Technology
3. Diplomatic Harmony
4. Military Unity In times of crisis. Whether that be Military
aid, personnel, weapons, resources
The State of West Phoenicia calls on those states within that
geographic location to throw off their shackles of difference
and find a common bond.

Sparta requests to join as they are geographically more southern
then any other state in the NCSA.

Dixie is a name for the Culture of the Southeast, like Yankee is
the term for the Northeast.

OOC: I mean I see no reason why I couldn't. Chances are Hawaii
would've been part of the south if it was a state during the
Civil War. It's also the most southern state in the NCSA so
please let me in!

OOC: Alliances often include members beyond what their name
might suggest. E.g. Turkey is part of NATO (North Atlantic
Treaty Organization), despite not being even close to the
Atlantic Ocean.

The Mediterranean Sea is part of the Atlantic. And alliances
here go by name, such as an old alliance called the Atlantic
Coalition, in which all of the members had an Atlantic
coastline. It eventually became the Eastern Alliance when I
joined it, as I was the last ACL state not in the EA. It was
like a European Union and all of the states were in the east.
Franco was also a part of it, so she can confirm it.
