       EFN bringing home Akagi

       With the launch of the Akagi completed, the Endurancan Federal
       Navy requests DEN allow two of their destroyers to enter
       Namenian waters to escort the new carrier home. The carrier may
       stay at Tetrarch for the remainder of the show.

       DEN will allow the destroyers to enter, and to help escort them,
       they'll send a few aircraft and ships to help escort the carrier
       to Enduranca.

       The carrier will be sailing empty of aircraft until she's
       arrived at Landfall. Navy personnel will also arrive on the last
       days of the airshow to get the carrier ready.
