OOC: Okay then...I assume these 10 guards are apart of the 30
you brought
"So you bring guards and armored trucks. I'm gonna have to ask
your men to stand down as the President of the UCA. We will be
having civil discourse men." He shouted out. "You are doin your
job I know but this is a talk for I and Mr. Heath. Now come
along, Heath. I don't want to make this too difficult. And I ask
that you call off all your men and armed forces so we can talk
civilly about this."

He then followed Governor Preston with one guard following him.

As they walked up to a door guards halted the single guard.
"Sir, this is as far as you go, Mr. Preston and Heath will be
going in alone."
Preston opened the door and said to Heath "Follow in, we're
gettin down to business here." The 3 guards pushed escorted the
other guard away. Preston gestured to enter.

As Heath walked into the room he say it was a small room with a
Colombian Justice smoking a Cuban cigar.
Preston shut the door and smiled at Heath: "So, what were ya
talkin about, Heath? Be honest, I'll know when you're lyin.
We're friends after all. You didn't dupe us did ya? Ya didn't
put the Colombian people in trouble did ya?" The 81 year old man
snarled. He limped over to the Justice.

"Excuse me? Debating what?"
The big round black judge stood up.
"This is Justice Clyde Morris, he's one of the best around, I'd
say the best in the world, noone came to him to see if he'd be
judge of the feds. Wonder why?" Preston laughed.
"Mr. Heath, sir, you by the state of Columbia are under judicial
arrest, with cooperation with the Justice system of Columbia and
the Colombian Congress, you shall be punished for treason with
tar and feather."
"Got that?" Preston pulled a pistol from his side. "Now put your
damn hands on your head, you are done."
"Cool it, Governor, the ole man gets so uppity sometimes, oh did
I mention you'll be lynched for your crimes?"
"No don't believe you did."
"Hmm, well then, barely knew you Mr. Heath." Morris said.
Preston whistled and two men came in and grabbed him.
"I thought we were friends, nope you're just like the rest of
um" Preston spit in his face. "You'll never be able to put my
people in danger again."
