The jet lands at the Spartan base and President Heath gets out
and enters an armored convoy escorted by 30 soldiers and 7
armored humvees and begin to head to the meeting point.
They arrive and President Heath speaks from his vehicle with a
megaphone, "Governor Preston, you wished to see me?"
