       UCA Lockdown

       All members of the UCA are hereby on lockdown with all
       diplomatic relations until further notice. Once the NCSA
       Congress makes a decision on the secession is made, all UCA
       talks will be resumed. As for now, all Spartan and Colombian
       delegates will be hereby convicted of treason if in discussions
       with the NCSA. The UCA hereby asks Spartan delegates to stall
       discussions with the President of the NCSA. Columbia has asked
       for a cease fire as well. Calling this time as a time for the
       NCSA to make their final decisions and making war a final resort
       not the first.

       DEN has declared complete and unconditional, unrestricted
       submarine warfare upon the nations seceding from the NCSA.

       We ask the state of the USSDEN to stand down in a period of
       peace until further notice, now is not the time for war.
