       Spartan Congress Passes Decree

       In a vote of 70-30, the Spartan Congress has recently passed
       President Heath's proposed order to denounce USSDEN for their
       unwarranted embargo on The Republic of Sparta, and also to
       announce Sparta's wishes for peace and prosperity between the
       Republic and the NeoConfederate States.
