       Naval Construction Yards

       With the addition of the Chesapeake Bay Area to the State of
       Turkducken, His Excellency would like to expand the Turkducken
       Economy to include Naval Construction by authorizing the opening
       of several dockyards. This is in light of the Arms Manufactory
       industry becoming more prevalent in the Turkducken Economy.
       These dockyards will serve the newly formed Turkducken Navy as
       well as specialized harbors being contracted to other States in
       the Confederacy, both for Militant and Economic purposes. His
       Excellency will take offers here.

       The Enduranca Federal Navy wishes to place an order for one
       dozen coastal patrol vessels- able to act as military and
       sea-rescue platforms. The EFN also requests the boats have
       reinforced hulls to withstand ice- as the fastest way home is
       through the Northwest Passage.
       Enduranca State Ferries also places an order for four
       roll-on/roll-off car and passenger ferries for use in the Puget
       Sound.

       While Ice Breakers are uncommon in Turkducken, The Company
       assures Enduraca that the order will be fulfilled.
