       "Greetings my fellow Mongolians and NeoConfederates. I am proud
       to say that with the Khanate joining the NCSA that a new age of
       prosperity and brotherhood will rule! Within the NCSA the
       Khanate has found people who not only support our government and
       economic ideals but also oppose them. We are given a chance to
       let political freedom instead of violence, decide who represents
       not only the Khanate but also our fellow NeoConfederates. That
       is all I will have to say for now and I appreciate the warm
       welcome."

       The President of The United Socialist People's of Cor'Therma
       writes, "It is an honor to write to new nation of the NCSA. I
       extend my welcome by wanting to get to know the culture and
       politics of your Nation. I hope you find this to be a wounderful
       place. Despite the flares of agression, there are some who
       kindle a fire of friendship. Times of peace are long wished for,
       and we in the Socialist Pact long for peace and the protection
       of all workers. I extend my negotiation of warm feelings of
       peace to you. I'll hand you a stick, but you must decide which
       fire to kindle. A fire of freindship and trust, or the fires of
       rage that burn wildly and uncontrollably. Times are tense, but
       neutrality is an option. All sides long for peace, but we all
       have our reason. What is yours?"
       OOC: it's not that bad of a war situation and theres no civil
       war in the NCSA. Dont be alarmed, I just got too poetic with my
       RP letter, XD
