Enduranca is inviting Turkducken (and Carolinian) scientists to
Enduranca's space center for collaboration.

Alright. The pilot, realizing that he's in the wrong place,
takes off once more and heads for Enduranca.

OOC: The plan I had was for Carolinian scientists to arrive in
Turkducken, and then fly on the same plane as the Turkduckens to
Enduranca. If you wish to take your own plane thought, that's
fine by me, just be aware I'm 2,000 miles away.
IC: When the plane arrives, several vehicles will be waiting for
the scientists, and the head of the ESA Margaret Hernandez will
be present to greet the scientists as they deplane. Instead of
landing at Landfall, though, the plane has landed at an air
force base close to the space center. It's about 15 minutes by
bus to the center.

The buses arrive at the North Columbia Launch Facility, driving
through an open entrance area with a sign, emblazened with an
ESA logo. The facility itself is several buildings of various
size, several radar stations, and three launch pads in the
distance, with gantries.
They arrive at the main headquarters, and are led to a large
conference room and theater. Once they are seated, Hernandez
steps up to the podium, brushes some hair from her face, and
begins.
"Ladies and gentlemen, Turks and Carolinians, on the behalf of
the Enduranca Space Agency and the Federal Air Force, I welcome
you to the Enduranca Federation. Now, we have several plans and
proposals in mind. But, I think we need a goal for our efforts.
"DEN is going to the moon. Amerikanas is going to Venus. What do
we want to do? We have a space station in Low Earth Orbit, and
have some proposals to extend that project. After that, we're
open."

We should attempt a mars mission, with probes to separate and
head for Phobos and Deimos.

While that is a noble effort, our goal should be the
installation of a permanent HEO Station, we can observe the
effects of living in Space as well as use it to study the upper
atmosphere.
