ESA-CSC Joint Endeavours
DIR By: Enduranca
Date: September 23, 2015, 2:34 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
Enduranca and the ESA offer to either invite members of
Turkducken's space agency to visit the launch and assembly
facility in their nation, the North Columbia Launch Complex.
They offer to begin work on a joint heavy launch vehicle that
can be used for manned flight, and possibly developing an
international space project in orbit.

OOC: Having Columbia in that name is gonna get real confusing.

OOC: Finally ;D and we don't have a Congress
Enthusiatic, and rather bored, scientists from the TNSA are more
than happy to collaborate with their partners from the ESA,
especially with the apparent forgetfulness of the President in
the fact that he has a Space Agency to begin with.

OOC: I never forgot, I just had no progress to post. My bad. And
the facility is named after the Columbia River bar, that it
happens to be by. I wasn't about to call it Cape Disappointment.
Not to mention, Columbia, your technology seems far away from
spaceflight, so I don't really see a problem.
IC: The ESA will arrange a charter flight to collect the
scientists who wish to visit. Several projects will be discussed
during the visit. Turkducken's space agency is free to decide
whether or not to invite Carolinian scientists as well. There is
plenty of room on the plane.

I definitely see no problem in sharing the advances of science,
Carolina's scientists are more than welcome.

An EFAF B757-2 will arrive at Turkducken National Airport to
collect the scientists- the ESA requests that Carolinian
scientists wishing to attend travel to Turkducken for
transportation.
