1. Columbia. Please act mature, dont bait. That comment was ment
to incite a negative reaction.
2. Your factbook include information about your country. By not
linking the complete or semi complete version all we have to
reference is "1900's tech" which is confusing. All 1900's? Or
just early 1900's?
3. By limiting it to 1900's itms safe to assume your country has
dial-up internet and horrible radio-communication quality. Thats
a silly example, I know. What were trying to explain is that by
leaving things ambigous you could say your sniper shoots from an
incedible range. What sniper? Which one from the 1900's? We dont
know so it's up to you. We could be thinking "snipers in the
1940's arnt as good as the ones today, so we should be safe"
then boom we get hit because it ended up being a 1999 sniper.
And by ending up, you told us it was on the RP. Naturally we
would go to your Factbook but all it says is "Technology from
the 1900's" what does that tell us? Nothing. We have to "assume"
This can lead to god moding. "Oh these were 1999 snipers" "But
arnt your men usally equiped with 1920's weapons?" "Oh, well
this one isnt." See how that can be bad?
4. Enough drama. Focus on RP.

OOC: No no, theres no problem, I was just explaning fir a future
reference. DEN didnt go into detail "why" it was important.
