       BREAKING NEWS
       Jag McCartney, Colombian Representative to the NCSA, has
       announced a proposed plan made by the Colombian State
       Legislature.
       It Follows:
       Step 1) Take Federal Government to Court over constitutionality
       over the 50 billion dollar subsidized fund to the state of
       Esnax.
       Step 2) If this fails McCartney says they will attempt to
       impeach the President.
       Step 3) If this fails McCartney says a write up of the UCA
       secession will be re-released
       Step 4) Possible Vocal Secession
       Columbia doesn't look like it's gonna back down given its poor
       relationship with socialists. While the previous President from
       Gondor had a rather good relationship with them. We'll see how
       it plays out.
