Columbia Demands Esnax To Pay Reparations to the Colombian

Governor Preston stood outside the Monticello Mansion at his
plantation near Georgetown. He was asked questions about the
failed war in Esnax.
"We didn't hit that many casualties, I understand that. But that
was a war we barely fought for, yet we're here being forced to
pay for their stupidity, because the President has decided that
the pen is more powerful that the state. Which is why I am
asking Esnax to pay reparations to Columbia. We were there to
maintain peace, we were their helping the starving, the sick,
the needy, and yeah we did fire and we killed folks. But I want
1.5 million dollars in reparations today for the cost of moving
troops, for reparations to the families who lost their husbands
and children. If they were smart they'd know they're military is
weak, they know that a state like DEN could absolutely crush
them. They know that, no matter how much of a laughing stock we
are to this nation, that we could take them down in one swift
move with the Generals we have."
The Letter:
To the government of Esnax, if there is any, I send you this
letter to let you know we support you in rebuilding your state
for the better of the individual rights of the people and hope
you will support the rights to states. Now my men fought there,
helped the sick, helped the needy, helped the people your men
were destroying. In a crossfire around 100 people were killed in
my military. We were their to maintain peace and grant a better
life to the people of Esnax, we were there as an independent
for to protect the people from Communist, Monarchists, and
Socialists. Now we ask you to give us 1.5 million Colombian
dollars in reparation totals to pay for those who lost husbands
and children, for your people killed the innocent, killed those
fighting for the rights of the people to not have to leave their
lands and be killed in a dreadful war. If you do not adhere to
these reparations we will be prepared to place military strikes
on your state. Your state is not safe and even if our military
came through, more would follow and destroy your weak state. If
you agree we will give you time to make the 1.5 million, but we
will not be paying for this war, we have nothing to do with you.

His Excellency, Lance Faraday, promises to pay the amount for
the interim government of Esnax. He also denounces this clear
act of bulling and a distortion of the truth.

We don't feel we have any duty to have the hard working man's
money taken from him to help rebuild when we were their trying
to help the people. We will not be giving any of our taxes to
this fund until we are given 1.5 million in reparation
ourselves. We had land destroyed in the Civil War of the NCSA.
We had men killed. Where was our reparations? No where to be
found. This money won't be going to the state of Columbia it
will be going to the families who lost people in the UCA Army
and to families who lost our good christian soldiers in Esnax.
No lies were told here and we ask the Excellency to end
negativity towards Governor Preston.

OOC: Firstly you left, second the "Civil War" was overblown and
didn't last long enough for lasting damage, pretty much Esnax's
entire country was destroyed and it was our fault.

OOC: Uh huh, 50 billion dollars in reparations is what the
President stated was going to be given, my state got what...0,
null nothing. So yeah I want Esnax to pay for it. And would you
please keep this post NON-OOC. This gets really annoying when
every post I make an OOC conversation starts to try to bait me.

OOC: You lost all 1,000 soldiers, with whatever surviving
captured by DEN... Please don't start this again.
IC:
The two divisions currently stationed in Esnax, the 101st and
106th out of Army Group B's 11th Army, will be reinforced by the
2nd, 3rd, and 8th Divisions, forming the 1st Expeditionary Corps
of Esnax, commanded by Field Marshal Shaumberg. In addition, a
light carrier and her escorts have been deployed to the ports of
Esnax for the mutual defense. The air power there, currently
only helicopters for assault, has been boosted with the recent
movement of 15 B4 Bears, 10 I-90 Foxbats, 25 F-8 Bobcats, 25
G-90 Warthogs, and 25 F-14 Super Foxhounds to the area's
airfields. The Emperor would make a point by that movement.
Especially with the heavy armor and B-4s. These units have begun
training, and have already shown videos of massed troop
movements conducted in good order.

If you do not stop your aggression towards Esnax it will result
in an embargo and further actions against Esnax will result in
war.

Letter to Columbia
The State of Esnax refuses to pay reparations to Columbia, as
the state of Esnax is not responsible for your military troops
during our civil war, you were there to fight. Therefor you
should have to pay for the consequences of your military.
Furthermore if anyone should be paying reparations it should be
the state of Columbia to us because your military caused damage
within Esnax which has rebuild from destruction the rest of the
NCSA caused and you were a contributing factor in that
bloodshed.

Walhalla AB
The first and second divisions of the Carolina Alliance Army are
ready for the declaration of war against Columbia. They don't
know when, they don't know if, but they're ready for it.
The third and fourth divisions are currently being moved to
Bluffton AFB/NB so that they can quickly board transport ships
and cooperate with the Navy and Royal Air Force
Spartanburg AFB
All CARAF units stationed in Spartanburg are moving to Walhalla
AB to merge with the first and second army divisions.
Bluffton AFB/NB
The CARAF and Naval units in Bluffton are ready for action and
army transport vessel are being prepared.
Bald Head Island NB
All units at Bald Head Island except for 1 aircraft carrier, 5
destroyers, and men stationed at turrets and anti-aircraft guns
are being moved to Bluffton to merge with the other units.

"My Fellow Pharqians, We will not stand by and watch a country
such as Columbia threaten a new and already ruined nation. If
need be the interim government of Pharq will take action beside
our brothers and sisters from the Socialist Pact. We will not
stand idle while Esnax is threatened with destruction. We will
make Columbia the one to be ruined this time around! Long live
Pharq, Long live Esnax, and LONG LIVE THE SOCIALIST PACT!"
In Secret
Beale AFB
Units of the 8th Air Force, riled up by the Presidents words,
begin preparing for war with Columbia. Ammo is loaded onto
gunships and all pilots are armed with brand new Namenian HG-1s
and loads Vintovka TPV Cs into the emergency packs on their
planes. The only thing missing are the new Namenien planes
expected to arrive at Beale by the end of the month.
New San Fran AFB
The 4th Air Force begin to prepare for the coming war as well.
Being the main defense against any enemy air units going towards
the capital of New San Fran, the base is the only AFB in Pharq
to have received the new Namenian planes. Pilots begin to set up
their emergency packs on their planes. New F-8 Bobcats and B-4
Bears are being prepped for flight.
Fort Travis
The 15th Army stationed at Fort Travis begin to prepare. New
Namenian tanks such as the T-4 Wolf are loaded with ammo. Ground
troops arm themselves with the new Namenian arms so to be sure
to dominate and completely destroy the Columbian military that
it runs into.
