Historical RP Poll

Decide between these two choices for the idea proposed by AK,
this is for the inclusion of foreign powers as they are
overwhelmingly important for this time period. A guided
historical RP, meaning that the foreign powers exist but they
follow some historical things the Axis powers lose WWII, Russia
forms the Soviet Union, etc. Or natural RP, things just happen,
alternate history etc. Nazi Germany conquers Europe, the Tsar
stays in power, etc etcetera.

Shouldn't there be an option for leaving foreign powers out? I
kinda would prefer the RP just being the NCSA as it would
defocus the RP to have everywhere else.

They would be a small role in the RP, a couple of rules will be
laid out later, but it would be a massive blow to the time
period if we just didn't have any.

Don't get me wrong I would love to involve other countries but
it seems as we don't use them in our main RP we shouldn't use
them here.

I know that's an issue, and I've tried to get it resolved, but
it's something that I think is important and this RP will
retroactively change the way the modern RP works.

Turk, there wont BE foreign powers. Theres no reason for them.
Its getting to be rather like a personal agenda now. Besides, we
couldn't actually use them because of our constitution.

This was done for YOU. Not on his behalf. He even said, "No, we
won't actually have foreign nations. This is supposed to be
REGIONAL. Besides, it would get crazy if, you know, RUSSIA."
